Playing Card Decks

Clown Deck: the theme of Voltra's game page is designed to mimic a circus fairground. As such, a bright and cute clown themed deck seemed appropriate. I was also mindful that many of the site's users prefer a 'cute' and pastel aesthetic.

Minor Arcana Deck: this deck was designed to correlate with the fortune teller NPC, Io. Based off the minor arcana cards of tarot, I based the soft purple and blue palette of the character's design to further tie it all together.

Voltra Deck: a more standard pack of playing cards, I was still able to make them unique to the site by incorporating major NPCs into the design and giving it a unique back to reflect the fictional city.

Luxury Deck: a more minimal style deck, I wanted to capture a rich black and gold aesthetic. This set would add a sense of difficulty for those seeking a heightened challenge, given that all the cards diverse distinctive colours.
